Normally, thread is the thing that holds clothes together. Not any more. Dutch label G+N has a new series of jeans that are held together by glue, and all are handmade in Netherlands. At a first look, you won't notice the difference from a normal pair of jeans, but a closer look with reveal it's uniqueness and you will see that they use glue at the seams instead of thread. This ultra strong glue comes in different colors so the glue seams create a distinctive interplay of lines. My first thought is whether it will actually hold properly and whether it is durable. But these are actually tested carefully for over two years and is of high quality and durability
It was launched at the Amsterdam International Fashion Week. These are limited edition, so you need to visit the Amsterdam fitting room to make an order.
